This will probably not help to get better access to the camera from your Win7 pc.
If you want to perform a firmware upgrade to your C613 (to version 1.04) look here: Since you don't have connection, use the 2nd methode (sd card). IMHO the problem could be caused by firewall software, blocking access via the USB port. Win7 supports drivers for Kodak DC's, so that should not be a problem, I think. Hope this helps. Thanks for any tip in advance. Laode Probably a silly question, but did you look at the applications tray, at the bottom of the screen? I ask because, sometimes, I think my C513 isn't connecting to my Windows 7 laptop, but then I see the default Windows app for downloading my pictures is in the applications tray and just needs to be maximized.
